Chimay Red Beer is noted for its coppery colour which makes it particularly attractive. This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is unpasteurised. A sweet, fruity aroma, the malt has a nutty character complimenting the pepperyness of the yeast. The palate is a balance of fruit driven characters promised in the bouquet. Alcohol 7%
